Contact

fueldelivery.org is operated by a small team. The fastest way to reach a real person is email. We don’t take fuel orders, dispatch trucks, or hold customer accounts — for delivery questions, contact a dealer directly. For everything else, the sections below cover the channels we actually monitor.

How to reach us

Email is the primary channel. Send a message to hello@fueldelivery.org and a person on the team will read it. We aim to reply within two business days; messages received on weekends or U.S. holidays are picked up the next business day. Plain-text replies are fine — no ticket numbers, no auto-responders, no upsell sequences. If your question concerns a specific dealer or city, including the dealer name and ZIP code in the first line helps us route the reply faster.

Reporting a listing issue

If a listing is wrong, missing, out of date, or pointing to a business that has closed, please tell us. Send the report to hello@fueldelivery.org with the subject line [Correction] — that tag routes the message to the data-correction queue and gets it in front of a reviewer faster than a generic note. Useful details to include: the page URL where you saw the problem, the dealer name, the city or ZIP, and what specifically is wrong (closed, wrong phone number, wrong service area, wrong fuel type, duplicate of another listing, and so on). A web form for corrections will replace this email channel later; until then, email is the supported path.

Dealer claim and listing requests

If you operate a propane, heating-oil, kerosene, or diesel delivery business and want to claim, update, or add a listing, reach out at hello@fueldelivery.org with the subject line [Dealer listing]. Please include the legal business name, the city and state (or province) of the office, the ZIP or postal codes you actually deliver to, the fuels you carry, and a link to your website if you have one. We do not run pay-to-list placement: paying us does not move a dealer up the page, and not paying us does not push a dealer off it. A self-serve dealer portal is on the roadmap, but it isn’t live yet — for now, the email channel above is the way to update a listing.

By emailing us, you agree to our privacy policy. We use your message only to reply to you.
